Dear Sirs,

We NAKTEL COMPANY for General Trading and Services are a multi-sector company specialized in trading and general services. Our trading activities include importing products and supplies and participating in tenders to provide products and supplies for our clients. Our service activities include providing variety of services especially to Oil and Gas companies. We supply our clients with everything they need. Our clients include both the government and private sector companies.

We are the sole agent in Yemen for MI SWACO which is a leading international company for Oil and Gas services. Also we are the sole agent in Yemen for UNIVAL GROUP which is a Germany based group of companies specialized in security technologies and supply and eco protective technologies.

Recently we acquired a local Mining company in Hadramout Yemen. The company has been mining mainly calcium carbonate and limestone for a number of years now. Their market has been mainly the local Yemeni market. We have received many inquiries from clients outside of Yemen for the export of the products, unfortunately we cannot fulfill these requests because the nearest port is very far from the mine location and it is a small port. The Mine is located near the sea and we have been thinking of a way to build a jetty with an inclined conveyor belt to transport the materials to ships as the area next to the sea is an elevated area ( a cliff about 20 M high). The jetty would possibly be 300 to 400 Meters long.

We have some United Arab Emirates (UAE) investors who would go with us in a joint venture and finance the project and partnering with our company. However, they requested a feasibility study for the project.

We are looking for construction and consulting companies who can help us with the best advice on how and where to build a load out jetty and material transportation system (a jetty and conveyors and ship loader). We want expert advice on the planning and designing and construction of the jetty and material transportation system from the mine to the ships.

We can provide you with all details you would want to know about the mine and location.

We extend our greetings to you and we look forward to your favorable response and we look forward to establishing mutually beneficial relationship with you company.

Regards,

Hani Yahya

Local Potential

Dear Sir,

I have just finished a Total/ARAMCO assignment in Al Jubail/Khobar related to the export of petroleum coke involving refinery storage, overland conveying and port facilities for storage and shiploading. In 1997 I designed a limestone crushing and shiploading operation for Stevin Rock in Ras Al Khaimah.

I am presently available to prepare your feasibility study in the shortest possible time. There are companies in Bahrain and Sharjah who could comfortably build the facility with a minimum of foreign involvement and be more competitive financially.

You can reach me on +447407167389, +441942829180 and johngateley@hotmail.com. I look forward to hearing from you

Yemeni Limestone And Calcium Carbonate

More information aboutt this tender from the

poster would be extremely helpful.

It would be simple enough to use a single or twin pipe

Pneumatic Capsule Pipeline to deliver 10 million tons of

limestone ore and finished carbonate product or more if

desired with one employee operating the system.

It is very hard to offer suggestions simply from the initial inquiry

as the port site conditions and the available shipping are unknown to us.

The example of the iron ore loading bins used on the Great Lakes Region

of the United States is simplicity at its finest using simple dumping gates

acting as bins at the same time for the iron ore ships that transport the iron

ore from the mines to the end user.
