Hi all

Does anyone have a document they may care to share which world provide the words that would specify quantity measurement, sampling and testing of bulk products being loaded onto ships for export?

I am looking to prepare an agreement with Guarantees, Acceptance and Warranty for sourcing large ongoing quantities of product, in this case limestone.
