KF-D is non-synthetic/non-polymer based. It's made of inorganic materials and doesn't require any supplementary materials or aggregates to be added for soil stabilization.
KF-D provides a breathable and liquid impermeable barrier.
Safely and effectively compact soggy, crumbled ground, eliminate dust and stabilize soil. Completely safe and neutral to the environment. Soil is solidified with an up to 96% compaction rate and gains impermeability to water while allowing for exchange of Vapor and remaining Breathable. Zero VOC, No Harmful Chemicals.
SOIL STABILIZER: Compactor of Crumbled of disintegrated /soggy soils or crushed concrete and asphalt. KF-D is applicable as an admixture dosed by 5.5 lbs per 220 lbs of Ordinary Portland Cement to get stable Earth Material Sealant (EMS). KF-D EMS can be applied as a premix, by injection, by gunite, by pouring or strewing (as a slurry to control dust).
DCM: Dust Control Binding Compound to control air pollution by suppressing dust generated by ground roads, bulk handling and transportation. KF-D is applicable as an admixture of 8.75 lbs per 220 lbs of cement. The KF-D Dust Control Material (DCM) is a slurry poured onto the dust emitting area.
DIFFERENCE FROM KNOWN: requires one time application instead of multiple sprays every 5 to 7 weeks.
Provides stable consolidation of crumbled structures with increase in compressive strength up to 40%.
Provides complete liquid impermeability of crumbled areas with reduction of water table below geological hydro-lines.
Stabilizes flowing soggy soils, swamps, shorelines, sinkholes, mines, etc.
Completely reduces bubbling of EMS and DCM.
Hardening time is easily adjusted by adding more or less water
