In the presence of the mining and power generation company’s Board of Directors, as well as the management of TAKRAF’s office in India, Mr. Susheel Kumar, Secretary for the Ministry of Coal, formally commissioned the excavator, a specialized mining equipment and also placed significant stress on ensuring accident free operations, whilst achieving production targets.TAKRAF’s global team of specialists drew upon years of experience and references in designing and successfully putting into operation this type of equipment. In fact, the team was so successful that the machine was commissioned five months ahead of the scheduled commissioning date and has been operating ever since.
