Representation For Mixing Plants
Dear Mr. Eduardo,
our modular mixing plant consists of moduar plant section each fully functional by itsself. The smallest production is a semi-automatic doisng and mixing plant with a design capacity of 7,0 t/h depending on mixing time and density. This plant can be upgraded by extending the dosing and mixing lines independently to a fully automatic plant of max. 70 t/h.
Resulting from the modular plant sections the following production can be realised
- controlled filling (volumetric or gravimetric) of IBC and Big-Bags
- controlled discharge (volumetric or gravimetric) of IBC and Big- Bags
- dosing lines with quick changing of components (raw materials)
- utilisation of different types of mixers and bagging plants
- installation of full production plant in a ware house with max. height of 7.5 m
