Your conveyor specifications are quite conservative. Every able designer/supplier wishes to provide the best fit-for-purpose system. I analyzed your 2500 m system transporting 3600 t/h. This can be done with less than half the power (600 kw vs. 1260 kW), smaller belt width (1200 mm vs.1800 mm), etc. Something is wrong with your belt designer. This leads to concerns about your interest in optimizing with today's best practices.

You ask about pipe, trough, sicon, ...suggests some difficult routing. How difficult? Much more needs to be specified to understand a prudent approach. I suggest you post a website with the necessary plan and elevations with some detail that can guide the interested parties. ■

The Sicon conveying system is available for the moment untill appr. 400 m3/h capacity at 3 m/s.

1800 t/h is out of question.
