Working Principle:
TK series elliptic vibrating screen is the screening equipment based on three axis block eccentric vibrator as vibration source, rubber bearing spring as elastic components and vibration exciter of screen box as moving part. On the three shaft of its vibration exciter there has the counterweight block with same quality, same eccentric radius. The motor power by the belt pass on to main axis, then by gear transmission with the ratio of 1, making three shaft rotate at the same speed, which causes exciting force and makes the screen box do the mandatory continuous elliptic movement. Materials have to move by the power, in the horizontal sieve surface along the circumference direction for the continuous throwing movement ,then the loosen layer is thrown around and forward moved, it will go round and round to complete size gradation and the process of conveying forward.
