A standard container to provide you with the dust control and the ability to tranfer the material to a screw conveyor may not be easy to find.

However if you can move the material with a lift truck or forklift there are many containers that can easily be modified to do the job.

I don't know were you are located. Try to find a place that makes combination dump buckets. You can find them in construction sites to pour concrete, in mills, foundries etc

I would build some for you if you were in the USA.

The shipment costs will probably be more expensive than the cost of the containers.

It is not to difficult to build and with some work you can create a receiver for the screw conveyor.

I think that for QTY of 5 units about 2 1/2 tons your cost including process integration should be aroung $15K.

I don't know the prices in Australia.

A clean, non-spill method of bin transport is given by the ‘Invertabin’ system. As indicated by the name, the bins are loaded from the top, which have a large opening, and tipped over at the discharge point. A light lid is fitted for transport after filling. This is removed when the bin is installed at the discharge station.

A key feature of the system we make is that the discharge station has an integral hopper and valve that clamps to the bin prior to inverting. This allows a single, well-designed hopper section and relatively large valve to be employed to serve all the bins. Inverting the bin loosens the bedded-down condition of the bulk material and aids the flow from the bin. Radius corners resists sticking of the product and full use is made of the bin volume on a flat base.

The outlet valve can have a short neck with angled flange to give a wedge-type seating to interface with a feed screw on the discharge frame. There is an alternative option for a screw feeder with integral end valve to fit directly to the bin on the inverting frame.
