On this occasion, we are glad to present: CONTINUA®, our FFS-system that forms, fills and seals flat and gusseted bags made from a PE reel-wound tube, reaching a top speed of 2000 bags/h.
Visitors will experience the live functioning of an actual unit sold to the major Czech Group LOVOCHEMIE, especially designed to package granulated fertilizers (NPK, NP and CN) into bags of 25 and 50 kg, at a cruising speed of 1200 bags/h.
The most striking feature of this unit is that it is completely constructed in stainless steel. Not only the parts in contact with the product, but the machine structure, all mechanical parts as well as the pneumatic components, the cable trunkings etc. are in AISI 304 and AISI 314 stainless steel.
While working in extremely aggressive environments, at full shifts, CONCETTI guarantees life-long machine performance.
CONTINUA® is fast and accurate. It perfectly holds the bag, avoiding leakage and product contamination.
CONTINUA® is reliable. All operative phases are managed by PLCs, while self-diagnostic systems display the status of the machine. The changeover of the bag format takes only 90 seconds on the complete line (including the wheigher and the palletiser).
CONTINUA® is cost effective. It reduces labour, maintenance requirements as well as costs of bagging material. As an option, it comes equipped with a Teleservice solution, a computerized system for remote troubleshooting via modem or Ethernet.
CONTINUA® features special devices such as: deaeration probes for air evacuation, bottom-up auger filler, bag vibration, mechanical microperforation, labyrinth seal, corner sealing, cleaning of the inner bag seam before sealing, gusseting devise, single/double handle punching, and many more.
CONTINUA® is versatile. It can handle both free-flowing and powdery or aerated/ fluidized products. During the show, our experts will be available to share their experience with products such as:
