Interesting to see you are using water atomisation to produce ferroalloy and iron powders. We have built over 100 water atomising plants with outputs up to 200,000t/yr. If you wish to improve costs, yields etc, contact jjd@atomising.co.uk for advice. ■

Ferroalloy:
1.Ferrosilicon, ferromanganese, ferrochrome, ferro-phosphorus, ferrotitanium, ferromolybdenum, silicon calcium alloys.
2. steel-making deoxidizer:
carborundum powder SiC40-97, ferrosilicon powder SI45-75, silicon calcium powder, aluminium powder. The ferrosilicon iron ball.
refractory raw material:
carborundum powder, silica powder, silicon miropowder, coke powder, pulverized lime, glass powder.
3.casting addidtive:
Nodulizer, ferrosilicon inoculant (ferrosilicon grain), silicon barium calcium inoculant, silicon calcium powder, protective cover, tube mold powder, ferrosilicon powder, silicon calcium powder.
4.cover powder of welding rod:
manganese power, the ferro-silicon-manganese powder, the ferro-chromium powder,ferro-titanium powder, ferro-molybdenum powder, the water-atomized ferro-silicon powder, water-atomized iron power.
