Weighing Problem

hi,

thanks for all useful materials in this forum, but i had a problem:

In our company we weigh sugar with large quantity about 1200 Kg per day.

The sugar is supplied in 50 Kg bags, so the operator must carry 24 bag of 50 kg weight from the floor to the balance with is above the ground with 30 cm.

So we are looking for a pump to suck the sugar from the bag and transfer it to the balance, but it inner surface must be from stainless steal 316L, and it must work with electricity.

If any one have the knowledge of such a problem please post it here.

Dear Mohamedezeldin,

I understand that you need to suck sugar from the bag and transfer it to your scale. If that is so a small size hopper loader would meet your requirement.
