The need for continuous food availability and greater convenience demands faster, more efficient, and more sustainable processes with minimal waste. Innovation in technology and ongoing development in food processing and production play a crucial role in this. This requires innovative and increasingly intelligent machinery and devices, as well as quality assurance, food safety, hygiene, and process optimization.

It is essential for the food and beverage industry to come together annually to exchange knowledge and initiate collaborations. The Food Tech Event serves as this annual meeting place, and that's why Mikrocentrum is organizing the Food Tech Event on May 15th and 16th at the Brabanthallen in 's-Hertogenbosch.
