Vibratory Feeder under Truck Discharge?

viratory grizzly feeder under trucks diccharge chute?

Hi dear friends

Could you please tell me if it is possible to use a vibratory feeder against direct discharge of material under a chute with grizzly?

Trucks discharge copper ore (sulfuric) which the stones under 450mm pass by a grizzly and discharge to an inclined apron feeder.

I want to know if it is possible to change the apron feeder with a 2 mass grizzly vibratory feeder?

The equipments are not installed yet and the project is on paper yet.

Best Regards

Thank you for the nice PDF files attached.

From your file , I read that

1) - No natural frequency tuning required

Could you please explain more.

2) - No exciter springs.

Do the vibrofeeder not require any spring? How the vibration shocks are absorbed?

Please reply.
