Dear Mr. Singh,
Two roll crusher is likely to be costly compared to ring granulator. The use of two roll crusher would be justifiable for very hard material or material which is to be prevented from clogging by differential speed of the rotors.
Needless to say both the crushers would be suitable.

I have received offers and found ring Granulator is much economical than Double roll crushers.
My clients requirement is fine should be less . I would like to know wheter double roll crusher will give less fines compared to ring granulator .

We are able to offer you competitive package of double roll crushers.
In general the roll crushers produces less fines than granulators. In our crushers the main design philosofy has been to produce really a minumum amount of fines.

Fine Coal Crushing
Dear Mr. Singh,
Your requirement of fines 300 to -6 mm is too high reduction ratio. You have to use a non-reversible hammer crusher and run it at a slower speed around 25 m/sec so that the fine generation is less. Ring granulator does not produce fines and it is best suited for spreaded stoker boilers. FBC boilers requires -6 mm and only hammer crushers can be used. Roll crushers are expensive. ■

Dear Sir
I AM LOOKING FOR TWO STAGE CRUSHING SYSTEM FOR CRUSHING OF COAL FROM -300 mm to 6 mm at 150 tph capacity
I want to choose between ring granulator and roll crusher for primary crushering -300 mm to -60 mm . i require less fines and economical solution
For secondary crushing i have chosen hammer mill
