Seeing for design guides for fluidising discharge system

hi,

I am new to design for fluidising discharge system of bulk solids such as cement. Particularly, the influences such as the geometric

parameters, the flow rate and pressure of compressor on the efficiency of discharge system and the remains. Would you give me some advice on the subject above? something like in-door guide.

I will be glad to send you design information on fluidizing type discharge-aid devices for cement. If you want this information, please send an email to me. Please note that the word "fluidizing" is not the correct word to use here because we do not want powders being stored to fluidize and convert them into a fluid.

Silo

dear sir,

we are one of leading company from india involved in design,engineering,manufacturing and supply of cement/fly ash/GGBS silo aeration and extraction system with more then 50 references for various type silo system including inverted cone silo and flat bottom silo and storage capacity from 100MT upto 21000MT.

Normally we use roots type twin lobe blowers for aeration of silo system from pressure ranging from 4000 MM WG upto 6000MMWG. Volume of aeration can be selected depending on requirement of extraction rate and if required cyclic aeration system can be provided.If you require any further information please send e-mail on my id se@sanghavigroup.com
