DIN 22112 - 3 states test requirements for rollers to be used for conveyors in mines. So you approach a reputable roller manufacturer in your area. It should be familiar with the standard and own the testing and measurement equipment generally required for manufacturing of rollers. They could do the tests and measurements and give you the results.

If you need an independent certification society, you should approach a / some big certification society and ask.

Else you let it be done in Germany, you will have to approach your local german trade representation.

But you must plan perhaps considerable cost.
