FDA White Elevator PVC Belt

The elevator PVC belt is constructed with a solid weave MONOPLY carcass impregnated with PVC, as well as the top and bottom covers.

The solid - woven weave and warp compositions are Polyester Filament Yarns made, and the weft is of Polyester Stable Fibers.

The impregnated fabric with PVC is absolutely waterproofed and eliminates every posible filtration.

Excellent adhesion between cover and monoply fabric.

Exceptional force of taking hold of the screws and the joints.

Absolutely resistant to corrosion, chemical products, water, fat and oil.

It is supplied with cut edge and it is totally waterproof to any type of liquid.

Minimum elongation allows to apply it to the elevation of great weights. Tenacity in the cut edges.

With this belt the plies separation by flexion of the pulleys is eliminated, therefore it offers a longer life.
