EUROPEAN Machine Trading (EMT) offers a wide range of bagging and blending equipment and associated in-line transportation equipment, such as conveyors, for use within the fertilizer industry. Of late, a number of bagging lines have been installed by the company in more than 40 countries.

European Machine Trading can also offer a wide range of Bulk Blending Equipment. EMT’s Weighcont Blender has a capacity of 20 to 200 tph and works on the principal of Weighing Continuous Blending. EMT can also supply the product range of Doyle Equipment, such as the Shamrock Vertical Blender, the Kraus, Smithbuilt and Tower Blender Lines. Available from stock at EMT are used, reconditioned machines, both from the Doyle range and from other suppliers.

The company’s latest development is the combi machine, a bagging unit that can be used to fill both FIBCs and smaller bags of 25 to 50 kgs. The company has also recently perfected a Double Weigh Unit Bagging Line for filling bags in the 25 to 50 kg range. All of the company’s machines are produced in Holland and are modular in design, easy to ship and to load in a container or onto a trailer.

The following FIBC filling machines are available from the company: the Basic (30 FIBCs ph), the Low Profile and the Junior (both 40 FIBCs ph), the Economic (60 FIBCs ph) and the High Speed (100 FIBCs ph).

For filling smaller bags, EMT offers the Small Bag Single Unit (400 bags ph), the Small Bag Double Unit (800 bags ph) and the Small Bag Twin Twist (600 bags ph). The FIBC/Small Bag Combi can fill between 100 and 400 bags ph. In addition, EMT can supply bag-closing equipment, such as sealing, sewing or valve systems.
