CAROUSEL 1100’s main features:
• Six bagging stations, one for bag presentation with an automatic bag pick-up unit, one for bag filling, two intermediate positions for deaeration or bag vibration, and a station to remove the full bag and forward it to the closing line
• The pinch-top closing system guarantees a sealed bag.
• Works with very aerated and fluidized products: e.g. flour, dextrose, food and chemical products.
• Eliminates product dispersion.
• Proper bag handling: thanks to the Concetti’s bag placing, holding and conveying solutions both bag mouth and gussets never loose the perfect shape during filling and closing.
• Easy cleaning: without using auxiliary systems that are instead necessary with valve baggers.
• Fully automatic changeover: setup of the entire system in just 90 sec without change parts, minimizing idle time and making it possible to use unspecialized personnel.
• Output: up to 1100 bags/h (25 kg).
