On this occasion, we would like to release to all press operators a new application of “CONTINUA”, our FFS-system that weighs, forms, fills and seals plastic bags from a tubular reel.
The innovation by Concetti Group is that “CONTINUA” comes equipped with devices designed to bag powdery, aerated and fluidized products, such as concrete additives, cement premixes and special cement mortars. The system features: a double screw infeed, deaeration probes, dustfree sealing devices, devices to create bags with handles etc.
CONTINUA is fast and accurate. It perfectly holds the bag, avoiding leakage and product contamination. CONTINUA is fully automatic and versatile. It works both flat and gusseted bags and permits an overall format change in only 90 secs.
