Large Radius Acrylic Bends for Cable Conveyor

Dear Sir/Madam,

my company produce any machine, equipment to processing coffee. in that have cable conveyor. you know, heretofore, we use the stainless steel to bend with large radius to assembly into the straight tube.

but when bend stainless steel, will born tolerance so big.

so i much search the acrylic elbow with large radius.

and i think it will cast from molds available.

dear my friend, if you have it or know where supply it, please give me the information. i need it because my project have a lot of cable conveyor.

At the risk of becoming boring or overwhelming within these forums;

I would assume you are the local supplier of a cable conveyor.

Why not mention to your principal that if he used square paddles you could fabricate casings from flat sheets? ■
