Anti-abrasive ceramic butterfly valve for abrasive and corrosive applications

Typical Applications:

For most mediums which contains solid particles, abrasion is a very troublesome problem for valves and pipe fittings. Butterfly valve is one of the most common valve types in pipelines. If working medium is abrasive, service life of both soft sealing and metal sealing butterfly valves is very short. To solve this problem, FUVALVE developes Lug type ceramic butterfly valve to meet the requirements of high abrasive applications. If working medium is both abrasive and corrosive, we can select suitable body materials for lug ceramic butterfly valve to avoid possible corrosion.

1.The material of the moving parts is structural ceramics.Eccentric structure is used to reduce the friction of the moving parts and prolong the life of the valves.

2.The materials of the ceramic seal rings,O-rings,disc and pivots can be replaced if necessary.

The ceramic butterfly valve can be applicable to the environment of high wear,high temperature,and high corrosion.

Material of Major parts:

Valve core:Structure Ceramic(ZrO2 or Al2O3)

Valve body:WCB,SS304 or SS316.
