Flexible screw conveyor

Hey,

I'm in search for a solution to make the construction of my own house more efficint.

I’m going to construct the whole thing out of a wooden base construction.

The walls will be made of a combination of hemp, lime and water.

This mixture is mixed outside in a cement mixer, then transported with buckets to the inside, and then poured into temporary support walls.

This mixture will dry and form a very ecological and insulating strong wall, that is breathable, fire resistant, bio degradable and will take up more CO2 than is released during the production process of the lime.

I’m in search of a pneumatic or flexible conveying system that will be able to take the mixture from a collecting bucket outside, and transport it into a 30/40 meter long hose to the inside where the end of the hose can be handheld to drop/blow the mixture into the temporary walls.

This video for illustration:

From minute 3:51 you can see the mixing, as well as the transporting inside, as well as placing the mixture into the temporary walls.

Another good video to illustrate the consistency of the mixture is this video on minute 4:30

I’m in search of a flexible system to make the transport of the mixture much more efficint, and preferably up to the point where I can hold a hose and drop the mixture on the right spot.

I think my best chance is to look in the direction of a flexible screw conveyor.

I'm in contact with a local supplier, yet I have the feeling I will get the message that I'm expecting a too large distance (30-40 meters), or that the consistency of the mixture is not suitable for this type of transport. Yet, I don't know.

In the meantime I would love to hear your thought about this. What do you think when I write about this? Should I put a effort in finding a solution or is this a dead end and should I just take a few years off my job carrying buckets

Thanks a lot!
