SA, once the king of bulk material handling, has been bounced around a lot in the last 40 years. Originally sold to Allis Chalmers in the 70's then Svedala in the 80's and in 2001 they were sold to Metso. One would assume that Metso now holds the rights to the Beltavator.

The SA line itself is nothing more than idlers and rolls along with a few conveyor components. http://www.stephens-adamson.com/components.htm

Many of the former SA engineers have moved on to start their own companies or work for other companies.

One of the largest and fastest growing is EMS Tech out of Bellville, Ontario, Canada. They also have satellite offices in various parts of the world.

They are well known for their retrofitting and maintenance of the loop belts on many self unloading vessels in the world.

I would contact them and see what they could tell you about the SA Beltavator.
