I can offer one bit of advice without knowing your D99, mesh size or screening area at this high rate. Check to see if you can "pinch and inch", that is, pinch the midpoint of each screen on the cage at two points 180 degrees across with your fingers, applying moderate pressure. You should be able to pinch 25 mm (12 mm each fold). Loosen the screen to accomplish this. Retrial. This is especially important when processing a high volume of nearsize. Too tight a screen will hold these particels and blind, effectively reducing screen area during operation. Let me know how it turns out.
