Sulphur / Soufre Seaport Terminal Looking For Experience & Suppliers

We have to supply a liquid product which can be sprayed over the open air pile of granulated sulphur (soufre) and when it dryed it makes a film which avoid the product to fly with the wind.

Any information will be apppreciated or idea

THIS IS AN INTERMEDIATE STEP DUE TO SEAPORT POLLUTION AND PRODUCT LOST

We are finally interested by storage (granulated sulphur) in vertical silos,any experience, offers, recommendations will be studied, references are very important.
