Formula for calculating Capacity of airslide blower

Dear sir,

I am working in a industrial fan manufacturing company. Today one customer called me and asked me how to calculate the air slide blower capacity. Actually customer should provide this information to us. I asked him available parameters and he provided these following informations:-

1.Conveyor volume

2.width of the airslide

3.Length of the conveyor

4.Inclinde Angle

Please provide this formula for calculating the capacity.

I am working in a Optimization Department, I want to know the fan Efficiency calculation, it will be helpful for the Optimization

Dear Bharatharaja

I am sorry if I answer this late. The Overall Efficiency of a Fan is: Power transfered to the air divide it by Input power to the fan. Power transfered to the air being Fan static pressure +dynamic pressure. Formulae (Pressure static @ outlet- Pressure static @ inlet +(0.5xdensityx(velocity)sqaured)@ outlet. Power in = power of the motor running that fan. ■
