Perhaps this could have been better posted in News From Industry or similar.
However I am interested to know whether the sea ports mentioned are recent developments in the South China Sea. Not much point looking for trade with those neighbours, methinks. Most of the Muddle East is at war with itself, thankfully: and South America is in similar but lesser turmoil. Even with quality products it is going to be very difficult to sell new fixed plant in territories which can change political alignment at the drop of a hat and/or head. Good luck. ■
