dear liayeo,

for your information last year the total demand for belting in india was approx. 17,000 km and out of this 65% was only in mining/coal sector and the size was 1200- 2500 mm.,rest of was from cement,fertilizer,there are foreign companies like SIG from italy,TAYRUK from korea,phoenix are active.there is a good demand for steel chord belting ,only 10% of the total demand is being manufactured in india,so it is a huge market,please provide us the range of your product enabling us to think on your proposal.

All,

We have all the range of products that is required at present. Of late there have been many improvements in the conveyor belt industry. Below are some examples of new rubber technology:

1. low energy comsumption rubber(hence in a long conveyor line the energy consumption is reduce by about 20-30%)

2. water repellent rubber - reduce carry back of transported material reducing cleaning cost( labor cost) and improving working environment

3. Impact and gouge resistant rubber - many time we have seen companies buying very thick cover rubber to increase belt life but the problem lies in the cuts and gouge that the belts are suffering and have seen them throwing the belts before it is even worn out.

4. Heat resistant combine with cracking resistance, impact and cut resistance and abrassion resistance - that will promote longer belt life due to abrassion loss, cuts, crackings in heat resistant belts.

We are looking for people that can sell on these values and not merely on price as we are definitely not the cheapest in terms of price but cheapest interms of overall cost in the plant.
