Meet Dora Schuck, Aftermarket Sales Representative
Dora Schuck has been a part of the Schenck Process team for the past year and three months. As Aftermarket Sales Representative, Dora serves weighing and feeding customers in the United States, Mexico and Central America.
Originally from Lima, Peru, Dora decided to pursue a career in international sales. "It gives me the opportunity to utilize my foreign language skills, overseas work experience, as well as the opportunity to visit different places and explore other cultures. What is great about sales is that it always drives you to think outside the box, analyze the market and implement changes in order to reach your goals."
Dora finds it important to always be accessible to the customer. "I follow up quickly. If I can solve the problem, I will. If not, I will find someone else who can." She also values customer service. "You don't want to just sell something to a customer; you want to build a relationship that lasts over time."
When asked to provide a tip for her customers, Dora replied, "Always get the recommended spare part lists and keep them on hand in order to avoid unexpected showdowns."
In her spare time, Dora loves to travel, go for long walks, listen to audio books and spend time with her daughter.
