Brabender Bulk Bag Unloaders

Brabender bulk bag unloaders from the "BagMaster" product family empty out customary bulk bags with or without liners due to a unique massaging paddle mechanism.

The massaging paddle mechanism with two paddles working in opposite direction is accommodated in a free-standing mounting base. The bulk bag is placed on top of the massage paddles allowing them to agitate both the bag outlet and the bag bottom. The paddle movement promotes reliable discharge and complet emptying also of the bag corners.

Available as an option is a dust-tight quick docking system for connection and tautening of the bulk bag or liner outlet spout.

Built-in Brabender Metering Feeders

For bulk material metering directly off the bulk bag, Brabender bulk bag unloaders can be equipped with built-in Brabender metering feeders. For gravimetric loss-in-weight metering such units can additionally be mounted on load cells. Load cell mounted versions are also often used to monitor the filling level.
