Bucket Elevator
Dear Mr. RoyChoudhary,
We are manufacturers of conveyor systems and bucket elvators.
Consumable parts are Buckets and its fastners. which has limited life depend upon the material handled/time.
Bearings are long lasting item but you need to have in spare as it may need in emergency.
Belt/chains have their life but you can predict its repacement well in advance. geared motor/ motor need proper maintenence for long trouble free operation.

Spares for Bucket ELevators

I would be extremely grateful if any of the Maintenance Engineers/Experts who visit this forum could enlighten me about the requirement of spares for a Bucket Elevator:
1.Operational/Consumable spares--What are the spares required under this heading?
Bolts , fasteners,coupling, sensors, buckets?
2.Insurance /Critical/Emergency spares:
Geared Motor, Belt or chain as applicable, bearings for drum- Tension and drive?
Are there any other spares required?
I would be grateful if you could kindly guide me in this topic. ■
