we are a China roller manufacturer. but puzzled me is why you need 8"dia roller for 34"belt, according to our experience 7"dia is enough. do you agree? do you need additional loading requirement? ■

We think, Advantages from larger dia meter is lesser rpm of idler roller which gives more bearing life.

If you think this advantage justify the extra cost and extra running power from your application point of view then there is no problem.
