If your EPS beads are injected with a gas and need to be sealed to extend the shelf life and to guarantee "fresheness" of the product you would need a vapor barrier liner.

From our experience with the product, we could either assist you directly or put you in contact with a European counter part to assist you.

We have successfully used a liner out of India which we have had tested to detemine that pentane gas that is usually impregnated into the resin would not dissapate thru the liner. There is also a U. S manufacturer I am aware of as well that has had success with this product. The liner itself is nylon based. I know most people want a formfit liner for discharging of the materials and filling, that is where it becomes unique as multiple companies make the film, few have the ability to make the form fit shape.
