1- Techical specifications of Cement :

according to the Syrian Standard NO . 1887/1997.

Equivalent to the British Standard BS 12/1991 .

& equivalent to the European Standard NO . BS EN 197 - 1/2000 .

Grade :42.5N - Class : I

Pressure resistance at seven / 7 / days minimum : 30N / mm2 .

Pressure resistance at ( 2 days and 28 days ) as provided in the contractual specifications .

2- Specifications of bags :

Grey portland cement is packed in bags of ordinary Kraft paper in 4 plies 70 Gr. / m2 each ply ;or

3 plies of high quality Semi - clupack paper 80 Gr. / m2 each ply , or

3 plies of 90 Gr . / m2 each ply provided , however , that specifications of the Kraft paper bags must be as follows :

Longitudinal tensile strength : 5.5 kg / cm2 Min .

Transversal tensile strength : 2.75 kg / cm2 Min .

Strength ( M.D.) : 2.5 % Min .

Strength ( C . D ) : 4.5 % Min .

Quantiy : Total amount is one 1million tone but at first stage the client will buy

300.000mt- 25.000mt delivery per month

Destination : port lattakia in Syria.
