Module is a pneumatic conveyor and precise loss in weight batcher. All quick take apart construction with horizontally loaded filter media provides a hygienic solution to flexible batching. Any size of batch can be made with CNW modules. Modules can be grouped to build a complete self-contained batch system. Several models are available suitable for convey line sizes from 2” to 4” diameter. Each CNW module consists of a continuous clean filter, powder densifying live activator and precision volumetric feeder. Filter media and housing internals are accessed through a sliding hinged clean air plenum and tube sheet and are all tool free take apart. Available in food grade, USDA dairy and general industrial finishes.
