You need to lock out the wrong doings. Make caps to fit over the screwed ends & secure them with padlocks. Done for a few squid.

All, I am trying to eliminate my manual take ups on my scrap conveyor. Due to the fact that someone keeps on adjusting them wrong. I want to eliminate the manual adjustment and make them self adjusting. Can someone help? ■
