Why do you have to design one?? There are any number of established companies who will sell you a proven design.

Dear Sir/ Madam

I fully agree with the previous answer. There is no specific need to design a screener for dry material like your application. There are a number of well-established screener manufacturers that are very well capable of supplying a screener for your process.

If you send me your details and enquiry by email I will be more than happy to quote a suitable screener.

Rotex is a well-known manufacturer of screening equipment for the dry bulk processing industry and as such one of the major players on the world market.

Looking forward to receive your details and enquiry by email.

Assumed onwhat you provived and having worked on a scalping calculation I think that will require a screen of at least 10.37sm at a price of about R 800,000.00 ex works.
