I want to build a idler rim drag test. At first, I wanted to mesure the drag using a reaction torque sensor. But after looking at test procedure and equipement that others specialised company use, like Newcastle Innovation, I found out that most of them use S type load cell to mesure the drag.
After some resarch, I have not found any information advantaging one or the other captor. I was wandering if you knew wich of those two type of captor would work better for rim drag mesurement.
