Design Engineer, Sandvik, Brazil

Sandvik Mining and Construction is looking for a design engineer for conveyor components to be located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Your qualifications should be:

a) Mechanical Engineer

b) Fluent in Portuguese

c) Good English skills

d) Proficiency in Unigraphics, SolidEdge, SolidWorks, or Inventor.

e) Willingness and ability to learn and use Unigraphics.

f) Knowledge of conveyor components helpful.

You will be supporting the startup of a brand new, state of the art, roller, idler and pulley factory located in Vespasiano, Brazil. (About 30 min North of Belo Horizonte).

This should be a rewarding long term position for the right candidate.

Dear Mr. Seth,

Thank you for your reply and company information.

However, what I am looking for here is an engineer (individual) we can hire and train, as required, to do engineering design of pulleys and idlers for the mining and construction industry.

Internally we have expertise in this area from Australia, Europe, and North America to develop and support this team. The person filling this position would be one of the first local people joining the component engineering team.
