I'm working on a system conveying finished flour in a flour mill. It's coming from a baghouse & airlock and needs to be conveyed to fill totes via gravity.
We have a headroom constraint, so I've been looking into types of sanitary conveyors which can incline / curve up and down
I'm looking at cable or chain conveyor systems like cablevey or the buhler TUBO.
Does anyone have any experience with using these specifically with flour?
I have concerns about clogging and foodsafety. Do brushboxes clean the pucks adequately enough?
