Looking for rubber belt for steep angle conveyor ATEX 21 D

Hi, i'm looking for producers of rubber belt for steep angle conveyor able to produce belt and certification ATEX 21 D.

I already looking in Dunlop - Phoenix - Ammeraal - Megadynegroup - Forbo .. : Someone has the base belt atex22, someone has the base belt atex21 but no one has the TC Cleat and the sidewall in atex standards 21 or 22 ...

Currently I'm waiting for a reply from COBRA ...

Could you suggest some name of producer in Italy or Europe? ■

Dear Sir or Lady,

Contitech (disclaimer: no relation) springs to mind, but surely your netsearch of "conveyor belt ATEX" o.e. brought you there already?

Pls. allow the question, why to focus on Europe? If sourcing on the American Continent might mean some adjustment as to the Ex-hazard classification, but surely you could handle that?!

Hi Roland, tnx for your help, I read your suggestion now (I do not understand why I never get emailed by email of new answers ...) just Monday a friend told me Continental: I contacted them yesterday, I hope they have the solution!

I prefer Europe both for the proximity (I am in italy) and for the adaptation of standards. In any case I prefer to be always aware of the alternatives, so if you have any name to suggest, I will look at it with great pleasure.

PS: In this case google search did not help much ..

We don't know the quantities involved, material carried and angle etc. If the belt is a rarity then some degree of fabrication might be in order using the available materials. That is what designers are for anyway: and it is more fun!

Would a pipe belt get up the slope etc etc. You can clean that baby.

As you can see there are more answers than questions. ■
