Brabender OP16 calc max output failure

Hello, 

I have Brabender OP16 with several feeders. When i'm trying to calc max output on feeder it starts normally, but during the 2 phase weight rises spontaneously and overload error ocurs. Can someone help me to resolve that problem?

Hi, I think the problem lies in the running mode (Manual/Auto Mode)
In some Brabender systems, if the automatic setting is not synchronized, the phases will operate differently → resulting in inaccurate data. Make sure the configuration in the control software matches the actual system diagram. Try entering the operating system → recalibrating the scale and reducing the screw speed by about 20–30%.
