The Safemount loading assemblies are very easy to install - on request Hense Wägetechnik provides load cell dummies - this dummies can be replace after the silos are installed. All modules provide integral fixing of their casing to the hopper and can be securely screwed in place with the casing bases or brackets. The loading assemblies are very resistant against horizontal forces and allow thermal expansion of the silo body.

Inside the FlowSlide meter the product is running over a curved slide. The product is generating a centripetal force directly proportional to the flow rate. Due to the special force transmission into the load cell, the measurement is almost unaffected by product density, grain size and friction.

The FlowCube system offers a new method of direct measurement of bulk density and mass flow. There is no calibration required. The systems starts with a self calibration run and display bulk density (kg/m) and flow rate (kg/h). The FlowCube is able to measure free flowing product at a very economic price.
Flow Measurement in pneumatic feed lines (Fig. 3)
The new MIC - transducer of Hense Wägetechnik GmbH is based on the latest microprocessor technology. The microwave transducer measures the flow of solid particles in pipes. The sensor operates maintenance free and without contact to the product. The stainless steel sensor tube (V4A) is protected with a ceramic coating. A high temperature version up to 200C is available.
The transducer design is not depending on the diameter of the measuring pipe. A comfortable software is provided for calibration and monitoring via the USB - interface. A low cost version of the MIC sensor is available for flow detection.
