Gentleman, Cement produced by mixing coal reamains is called PPC(Pozzolona Portland Cement).This type of cement is also being produced in India by mixing OPC WITH FLY ASH(Coal Remains),Depending upon the type and usage of cement ,fly ash is being mixed @ 30-50% with Ordinary portland cement.

recently, it was reported spain had developed one new type cement which could be produced using coal remains.
so is it similar with ordinary portland cement, though they said they are the same.
