Surely this software is already installed in the bridges of the vessels and only requires a satnav application to transmit the data to base.
Unmanned oil & gas platforms have been monitored via satellite since the early 1990's to such an extent that e.g. the Warrington, UK, office could advise a local central rig in the Java Sea that the diesel on an unmanned monopod was running low and pilfering or pirate activity was the most probable cause.

Progam on Bulk Carrier Movements
Hello, I work at the office and we have 2 bulk carriers trading world wide.
I am looking for a simple software, in order to keep vessels' movements, write the Noon Position Reports, consumptions/supplies of fuel and diesel and quantities ROB for fuel diesel and lubricants.
