There are number of technologies avilable in the market.By using phosphogypsum as a raw material you can make-POP, Gyp Board, Gyp load bearing walls, Plastering Mixture and Putty.

We are in the field of providing detailed feasibility report for the same for the last 20 years and share our experiance for this project from concept to commissioning.

We advised you to make sure that you have this raw marerial supply at least for 10 years.

I will give a small example in India, where the companies started thinking about a year back on the same line by using Phosphogypsum as a raw material when this was available free of cost with fertiliser and other Industries.Due the rapid change the raw material cost has gone up to US $ 8-10 per tonne.

Dear Oscar, You can make final product (POP) by using raw materials either directly from the mines or byproduct from Fertiliser Industries(Phospho Gypsum), which is a waste and headache for the Fertiliser Industries.

Few countries are having this technology to process the phospo gypsum.Because of demand in the International market they are charging hefty .
