SS Embossed Plate as Feeding Device

We´re designing a weighing device for feeding a packer. I´m considering the use of vibratory feeder but some products doesn´t flow continously as we expect. Investigation have shown that the use of embossed plates can solve the problem, could somebody recommend a supplier of it? Attached find the type of emboss plate we´re looking for.

This is very confusing because, surely, if you have investigated, and can solve the problem, then you already know an embossed plate supplier?

But try Macready's. ■

Indeed we have done tests with a small piece of this material, however we could not find who can supply this material. (No matter the source, it can be from any country). This material is very commonly used in the tray of vibratory feeders. ■

just do a google search for "embossed sheet metal" or "textured metal" you might be surprised how many suppliers come up. ■

From a week ago, I've Googling, without satisfactory results. I've only received response from suppliers in China, who should make the embossing dies and with very large minimum quantities. ■

Thank you very much for your help Gary, I was searching just "stainless steel embossed" and received only chinese suppliers... Certainly I wasn't doing it right!!! ■
