Anti Abrasion Coating

Posted in: , on 1. Oct. 2003 - 10:42

We are having two nos. of 250 TPH capacity pre-cleaning machine for wheat.

We are observing noticeable wear and tear on the parent body of machine on inner side from where the wheat flows. A rivet has been chopped off due to abrasion.

This may because of the higher % of sand and foreign mtrl in wheat.

Since fixing of SS liners or any other liners is not possible, we are looking for some anti-abrasion coating which can withstand the highly abrasive wheat.

Pls. contact immly.

Please let us have more details for a comprehensive reply.
