HI, it is really nice to be response to you for the subject mentioned above.

I am in no way a technican for conveyor belt. But normally, there are four steps.

First, rubber compound from Bandury mixer;

Then calendering line for fabic with skim coat and rubber sheet with different thickness;

Third,building with different specification;

Finally,vulcanization by flat press or roto-curer.

Of course, followed by packing and shipment.

Actually, I'm not intrested in buying rubber conveyor belts, I want to know about the machineries that are involved in the process of its manufacturing, and the specification of the machinery, please let me know.
